Habitat Demo

Cruised to Venice for a chill Habitat demo. It was cool to see Cano and the Habitat guys rippin it. Props to Travis at Habitat for putting together a tight Cali tour. I was psyched to see my boy Shane from my local skatepark handling the bowl. He wasn't even skating hard and was blasting stale fish and indys in the corner, smith and blunts. He's got that park down and is cool cat. When you see him rip you won't believe he's only ten. Good times at the Venice park despite the marginal weather. Thanks Travis, Cano, Shane, Habitat and everyone else who came out.

Cano on the Habitat Tour

Cano Cardenas who is on Habitat flow is going on their Highways and Byways Tour. It runs Feb 22 to 27 and goes from S.L.O. to S.D. - 2 demos every day. Cano is perfect for this tour because he can skate 2 demos every day for a week and still rip! If you're in Cali, check out the Tour.

Matt's update on broken foot...

No more cast - No More boot - Almost there!!!!! My photos are 1) me in Sedona 2) my house in AZ 3) me and the homies and 4) me with Kona in my 2nd cast - first cast didn't do the job. Food for thought: If you can't skate you can still have fun; just stay busy and stay positive.

Speeding tickets

I hadn't gotten any tickets in years and I got two on our trip to Texas. I even told myself I was going to drive more slowly and safely. One of them was a photo ticket that was mailed to me a week later after I was photographed speeding. I'm mad at myself for getting the tickets but I'm going to look at it as a learning experience, a three hundred and seventy-two dollar learning experience.
