February in North Dakota

Don't cry about the weather because you could be living in North Dakota where the winter weather is f-ing awful. When the bad weather breaks, you have to skate. Chad Heller and friends manage to squeeze in some skating on a sunny but cold day in ND. Looks like rain here in So Cal all weekend.
